I don't think you are doing anything wrong. While MAPISendDocuments is exported by the \winnt\system32\mapi32.dll file on my machine the compiler's import32.lib import library does not seem to have it. Try this: Open a command window and change to the compiler's LIB directory (on my machine "c:\program files\borland\cbuilder6\lib") Give the following command (altered to fit the directories on your machine) implib -c mapi32.LIB , c:\winnt\system32\mapi32.DLL Add mapi32.lib to the project file (File|Add_to_project). .
