Could you like to write me how to accoplish it?
I tried:

typedef BOOL (  *FTPCOMMAND )( HINTERNET, BOOL, DWORD, LPCTSTR, DWORD,
HINTERNET * );

    FTPCOMMAND      FtpCommand;
    HMODULE NtDll;


    NtDll = LoadLibrary( "wininet.dll" );
    FtpCommand = ( FTPCOMMAND ) GetProcAddress( NtDll, "FtpCommand" );

....

        rc = FtpCommand( Hconnection, FALSE, FTP_TRANSFER_TYPE_ASCII,
s_command, NULL, NULL );


And I got an exception
