You can use the "system" call:

system("xbcp /x xdg01 -r -y -d -t -f E:\AK\Game\DATA\*.* xe:\AK_0.4.3.0\DATA\");

Or win exec:

WinExec("xbcp /x xdg01 -r -y -d -t -f E:\AK\Game\DATA\*.* xe:\AK_0.4.3.0\DATA\");

or even ShellExecut.
