I dont know exactly where to post my quest so i have 2 questions:

1)    wich is the correct group to post my 2nd question
2)    how can i control Word or Excel using TWordApplication/TWordDocument
components. I got then running but i need to personalize the Word menu bar &
tool bars and dont know how to.
