How to get window-title of a 'special' window?

The native function regularily GetWindowText() returns the title
(caption) of a window.

In the case of an IE6-Explorers subwindow (i.e. this window's parent
is a IE6-window) unfortunately it returns not the windows title, but
another text. 

The window I'm query about does not look like a regular window. It has
a little Monitor-graphic at the left of title-bar and the green
minimize and red close-icons are in a circle. Perhaps this window is a
Java-generated window!?

How can I get the displayed tet of this window?

(If you like, I can capture a window and move it to the attachments
newsgroup...)
