Good idea.... looking now ....   Yes - It seems that it was introduced in
version 5.0 of tyhe host dll.  DAMN.

I also need to get other directories, System, Windows, Program Files.  This
is just one example of my problem - but the problem exists for all.

I am using CSIDL_WINDOWS, CSIDL_SYSTEM and CSIDL_PROGRAM_FILES....  and DAMN
they are all introduced in version 5.0 of shell32.dll .... so that is what
the problem is - now I really need you help......

I have to find a way to get these three folder locations on all platforms
95, 98, NT4, ME, 2000 and XP that works ...  I do not wish to require my
customers have installed upgrades (IE) or patches to get this code to work.

The GetWindowsDirectory() and GetSystemDirectory() functions might work
(have to test it), so thats 2 out of 3....  do you know of an alternative
for method that works (should work) for getting the "Program Files"
directory?

Thanks for the ideas Bob.... maybe I will get this solved this weekend....

Anyone else got some ideas for me?
