I have run in to a different problem on my way to trying to NewPage()
between labels.  I am using GetDeviceCaps to get the page size, but it only
gets the page size of the default printer.

Code snippet:

Printer()->PrinterIndex=selected_printer; // not default printer
width = GetDeviceCaps(selected_printer->Handle, PHYSICALWIDTH);     // page
size x in pixels

This will print to the non default printer with the page size of the default
printer.
What is going on here?  And how the @#!$! do I correct it?
