Hey that was a neat idea but unfortuneately it doesn't work.  I get proper
width but no pagination.  It looks like I was printing without regard to the
label separations (which I was).

Doesn't this code give me the correct HDC?

Printer()->PrinterIndex=selected_printer; // not default printer
width = GetDeviceCaps(Printer()->Handle, PHYSICALWIDTH);     // page size x
in pixels

It prints to the correct printer...
