I checked you example-program and it works, but unfortunately there is
no communication back to the caller-progarm. Probably this is where I
finally failed.

To be more specific what I wanted the mouse-hook for, was that the
main-application all xx seconds execute a function, which is realized
by a TTimer-component.

This execution should be stopped as long as the LMB is pressed and
should be continued when it has been released.

This could be handled by a stop-flag, but it seems that we therefore
need shared memory inside the dll (i.e. somehow the OS creates more
than one instance of the DLL, but this id (stop-flag) should exist
only once, like a static var inside a function). The second thing is,
we have to be able to access to this stop-flag from our
application-program, i.e. the OnTimer-event.

As said, I tried it for some time with no final success, perhaps
anyone has another example...
