Hi, i'm writing a service to run independantly of my user inteface.  I know
how to send simple windows messages to each ther to allow the user interface
to control the service, but i'm not sure how I would get data to and from
them.

i.e.  my service is reading from the com port.  When it recieves some text
from the com port, i'd like to notify my user interface, and pass the text
to it so it can do something with the text.

I've tried creating the user inteface within the service, but I couldn't get
any forms to show.


Any suggestions would be appreciated.
