These look like they are only for Win9x.  Andrue asked for something 
other than for Win9x.  I guess he means win32 on NT (4/2000/XP).  You 
can't issue all intX instructions on these platforms (as far as I know). 
  (int3 is allowed as this is a simulate break-point) but not sure about 
the others.

The help specifically states these are for Win9X so I guess they aren't 
allowed under win32.
