As far as i know you cannot link a *.DLL file statically cause it is Dynamic
LL, to use the same functions present in DLL Statically, you have to include
the *.LIB file of the DLL you created in your project manager(when building
a DLL Linker automatically created a *.DLL and *.LIB file ) and also
#include the *.h file of the require Library

eg: if you want to include abc.lib, include abc.h in your require file and
you should be able to use all the function from the dll.
