May be you mean ChildWindowFromPoint or ChildWindowFromPointEx.
The last (ChildWindowFromPointEx) may be help.

In another case you can try to enumerate all windows and 
childs via EnumWindows and EnumChildWindows. And use 
GetWindowRect for every window to find set of windows that 
have this point.
