Then why have you not downloaded the help files? What you have is neither a toy nor a demo. It is commercial the set of C++ Builder version 5 (BCB5) command line tools. The help file updates for BCB5 are on this page: http://tinyurl.com/2zri or, in it's long form http://info.borland.com/techpubs/bcppbuilder/v5/updates/pro.html Not all the files on that page pertain to the command line tools. The ones I think are best are: B5RTL.ZIP the runtime library 618K B5LANG.ZIP language reference 359K B5SCL.ZIP C++ standard template library (STL) help 913K B5MS.ZIP Windows reference 17.65 Meg (!!) I suggest that it may be a mistake to avoid downloading the Windows reference because of its size. .
