New -> Service Application Double click the "OnExecute" handler, put in a comment (only) in the body of it. Build, run with /install parameter. Try to start the service. I get an error that the service failed to start. If I check the event viewer I get this: "The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( LogWatcher.exe ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: Class does not exist." BCB5 with SP1 on Win2k PRO Is this a known issue? Is there a work-around?
