I have your code working, but the MS Help file was missing a lot of info.
Without your sample I would not have gotten it working. I still get the
first icon displaying for every object in the ListView control.

I have read on some groups that I have to use an owner drawn function on the
ListView to show an icon other then the first on in the group for an item on
the top level of the view. Is this true? Again I am writing a win32
application with no VCL.
