With Windows ME i am using
WIN32 API Free Borland Compiler.
1 . I have Bitmaps in use made with Prog 'Paint',
they are 24 bit .
Will this format work ok on the other windows platforms?
2 . My program errors at using .jpg and .gif
I wish to use some .jpg and .gif
How would i go about copying them
Programatically
from there original format to .BMP.
or use them in original format
I only want to use small bitmaps (150 pixels X 150 max)
Many Thanks in Advance .......
For any advice or a pointer in the right direction .
