Did you mean
typedef void(__declspec(dllimport) LSetLiCreatedC)(
			void(__closure*)(int, int));

I would have thought that was illegal (to also use a typedef name as a
variable name). Perhaps you meant

LSetLiCreatedC *LiSetCreatedC;

That would mean the following calls ?? who knows what, as
LiSetCreatedC has not been initialized.
