	Hi, I wrote an app that changes the shape of the cursor depending on 
the coordinates of the pointing device upon the screen.

	The app first creates several cursor (using CreateCursor()), then uses 
LoadCursor() to switch between them.

	The app works fine in Win95, Win98, WinNT and Win2000, but the cursor 
does not change under WinXP. The cursor never changes even though 
LoadCursor() is being repeatedly called.

	I am sure that LoadCursor() is called because I added a Beep() 
immediately before. LoadCursor() is called but have not effect in WinXP.

	Does anybody know about bugs under Windows XP ?
