I would suggest to you that once you have created the cursor,
you add it to the screens cursors:

        HCURSOR hCursor = CreateCursor(...);
        Screen->Cursors[ valid index of choice ] = hCursor;

Then within the application, you can set an objects cursor:

        Edit1->Cursor = valid index of choice;

Note that you can replace specific cursors using their crName
(ie. crDefault) or you can suppliment the list of cursors by
adding to the end and/or both. How to determine the current
number of cursors in the list escapes me at the moment.
