Structured Exception Handling and BORLANDC version

I'm working with a cross-platform framework (http://wxWindows.org/) that
includes conditional support for structured exception handling (SHE). I
know that SHE is supported in Builder 5.5, but in which version was it
first present?

What preprocessor conditional would I use to test if it's supported?

#if defined(__BORLANDC__) && __BORLANDC__ > ???
... SHE code
#endif

BTW, was SHE present in the OS/2 compiler? I used that for awhile and this
framework is developing a port for OS/2, so it would be nice to test for
that case as well.

Is there something like SHE in Kylix?
