Hi all, I'm coding an application that record an audio stream in a .wav file. It records 24 hours on a single file (1 fie for every day). The problem I have is that: if the computer crash, I reboot then i check the file and I see that: under Windows 2000 (with NTFS) the file length and content is correct (corrcet size and no loss of data on the .wav file), under Windows 98 (with FAT32) the file length is 0 bytes and the content is not correct (no bytes recorded). I suppose that Windows 2000 and 98 or NTFS and FAT32 manage the file flush in a different way. So there's a way to have the file (correct and working) also under Windows 98 like under Windows 2000? In other words: There's a way to solve this problem? Thanks for your help. Lapo PS. I hope to be clear... my english needs some improovements.
