Hi Mr. Willie,
 if you're talking about other processes than your own (that is the ones you
have developed and so you can add a OnClose event to), well you can
implement your own event dispatcher: simply create a thread that enumerate
the active processes (Thank You again Mr. Gambit and Vladimir for Your help
about that:) ) and check for "your" process disappearance (with the same way
you can catch new process creation!!)...
Another way may be getting the processID once and then  loop querying  for
its validity:) ...
