Not *always*.  There are scenerios where it won't be called.  Specifically,
it won't be called if the form is destroyed directly via the 'delete'
operator.  It is only triggered if Close() is called, or the
WM_QUERY/ENDSESSION messages are handled.  However, for this particular
issue in discussion, it should be ok, yes.
