Doesn't the Handled parameter only tell the VCL whether or not to 
process the message further? (By passing it to the default handler, 
presumably.) Isn't the actual return value for the WM_SYSCOMMAND 
indicated in some member of the "tagMSG" struct? If you're not returning 
0 to the OS, it won't know you are pretending to handle the 
SC_SCREENSAVE message.
