For Siemen's Step 7 (ET200M family with CP5613) I've taken the supplied VC
dll (dplib.dll) and
successfully created a static lib using implib/impdef.  The reulting static
lib gets loaded into
the project. The DLL is in the path.  It works fine.
We were not able to directly use the dll.
The only hassle was that in their header files they use #ifdef WIN32 and
Borland uses __WIN32__.  I've
looked at the WinCC stuff and it seemed similar though I haven't implemented
it
yet.
