I embedded a .chm file and an .htm file in my executable.  I am able to use
ShellExecute to launch the default html viewer and show the .htm file
embedded in the executable using "res://" + Application->ExeName + "/1013"
as the pointer to the .htm file.  I cannot do the same with the .chm file.

Is it possible to view the .chm file from within the executable or do I need
to save a copy of it to a temporary location first?
