When using
TImage->Picture->Bitmap->Assign(Clipboard());
Is there any way to tell it to choose  CF_DIB over CF_BITMAP?
If not, is there a not-so-hard way to do it myself?

The reason being is because some programs like MSPaint copy the image to the
clipboard in bitmap format properly, some others like PSP seem to use 256
color formats or a bad palette, and you lose lots of colors.
However, I believe PSP stores it well in some format, because when you copy
from it and paste to it, the colors seem to be proper, therefore I think
it's loading CF_DIB...
