I'm running under Win2K Pro.  I haven't tested to the extent that you have
but
my results are effectively the same.  I will look into Remy's suggestion
using
the OnCloseQuery event but I have to say that this is pretty disheartening.

I also have to say though that you guys are amazing.  You all have full time
jobs
and find the time to spend with a problem like this.  Thanks Remy, Eudy, Ed!
