That's what I was hoping for. It is in respect of an argument a collegue and
I were having - turns out I was right :). They all spawn of the process - no
hierarchy as you say.

Another question though - fibres. Do they behave in the same manner as
threads? I know you spawn a thread and then fiber-ise it then schedule other
fibers from inside it.
