I saw this when compiling one of our projects on both BCB5 and BCB6.  I 
took the section of the BCB5 header that worked, and pasted it into the 
BCB6 header and that fixed it for us (including all the #ifdefs). 
Because I was only experimenting with BCB6 at the time, we kept our 
project in BCB5 and I never reported this as a bug.  It would be worth 
submitting this to quality central.
