I believe the docs suggest that you supply a full command line as the
second parameter, even if you use the first also.
ie:
CreateProcess( "Command.exe", "Command.exe Parameters",....)
You should also be able to do somethig weird like
CreateProcess("Command.exe","BogusCommand.exe Parameters",...)
So if Command looks at  argv[0] for it's exe name, it'll think it's
name is BogusCommand.exe.
