hi,

i have to create a system which decide (if a special file exists) whether a
special application is allowed to start.

i think that this is only possible with a hook, but i have no idea. what
kind of hook.how can i detect, if a special application tries to start, and
how can i stop this, if this application is not allowed to start.

who can help and give ideas.
