The OS looks for DLLs in the locations documented for the LoadLibrary 
function: 1. The directory from which the application loaded, 2. the 
current directory, 3. the system directory (or directories), 4. the 
Windows directory and 5. the directories in the PATH environment variable.

If you can't or don't care to put your DLL in one of the fixed locations 
(1-4), you'll need to see that its location is in your users' PATH 
environment variable.
