What do you mean exactly? Please clearify. > And if it is possible how to add a description to my Service ... You have to add the value to the Registry manually. In my services, I do that in the TService::AfterInstall event, and then remove the value in the TService::BeforeUninstall event. The value itself needs to be placed in the following key of the Registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\[ServiceName] "Description"="Whatever" Where [ServiceName] is the actual name of your service. > all the other services seems to have one, but I can't find where to put it... That is because the VCL does not natively support that value. > the Version info didn't work...!?! What are you referring to exactly? Please clearify. > I would suggest You to go to work for Microsoft for a while No thanks. Already been offered a job by them. I turned them down. I'm a Borlander 100% :-) Gambit
