Hi there.

I was looking through the dll code for the Windows hook example that was
published in the March 2001 edition of the C++ Builder developers journal.
The code can be found here:

Why if the HookEx demo is run from the BCB6 IDE that an exception occurs? if
the exe is run outside the IDE everything runs perfectly. I've removed all
code related to the shell hook and just tested out the keyboard hook so its
not the shell hook part that's causing the error. Any thoughts ?
