If you right click on MS Word or MS Excel shortcuts on your desktop (under
Win 2000, Offiice XP), and look at the properties you see something like
"Microsoft Office XP Professional" for the Target.

If I drag and drop the MS Word Shortcut onto my program, the DragFileQuery
returns a filename "..\\Microsoft Word.lnk" as expected.  But when I do a
pShLink->GetPath() it returns
"C:\\WINNT\\Installer\\{91110409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0050048383C9}\\wordicon.exe"

Needless to say ShellEx() will not execute this Path...

This appears to be the case with all MS Office Apps, Word, Excel, etc..  I
can drag and drop all of the other Short Cut links just fine.  It is just
the MS Office Apps that look like they are playing by different rules...

What am I missing?

I would also like to drag and drop the Internet Explorer from my Desktop...
but it turns into a circle with a slash in it when I run it over my
program...  This appears to be a separate issue altogether.
