Hi all, Im using: SharedMem = CreateFileMapping(INVALID_HANDLE_VALUE, &SA_ShMem, PAGE_READWRITE, 0, sizeof(_Shared), "$Monitor-Data$"); Shared = (_Shared*)MapViewOfFile(SharedMem, FILE_MAP_ALL_ACCESS, 0, 0, sizeof(_Shared)); To share some memory that is to be used by other applications. Is there a way to share the memory, but to make it read-only to other processes? Setting read-only flags in the above code also stops the local process from being able to write to it.
