Hi Gambit - 

My problem is twofold - you are correct, I need to launch the URL without
opening a browser. My main problem is that I'm having to use MSVC++ 6.0 to do
this and I am COMPLETELY unfamiliar with that product. Using BCB, I've used
INDY's http components but I'm at  loss with MS.

I tried to convert the MSVC project to BCB but was unable to get it to work.

I'll dig thru the MS documentation and see if they have a component that will do
the trick.
