You only need to draw when you actually receive the above messages.
WM_NCPAINT is not sent for minimized windows.  However WM_NCACTIVATE is.  In
which case, you have to first determine whether the window is currently
minimized or not (use IsIconic() for that).  If minimized, then just pass
the message as-is to DefWindowProc() and return.  Otherwise, if the window
is not minimized, then do your drawing as needed and then return TRUE for
the message result without calling DefWindowProc().
