You should check the resulting WIN32_FIND_DATA dwFileAttributes member
for having FILEATTRIBUTE_SYSTEM and/or FILEATTRIBUTE_HIDDEN set, and
eventually discard the found item. Have a look at the help files.

I can't tell you for the System Volume Information folder, but for the
Recycler, the answer is NO. (For instance, on the Win95 German system
here the folder name is 'Recycled'.)
