how to add a comment string to a control panel application?

When you start a control panel in explore with "detail" selected, you see in
comment column, the string of comment, how can I add this comment to my CPL
application ?

I have added the comment in project/option/version Info, "comment " in the
box of key/value, when start control panel, still no comment show up.
