The BCB5 manual recommends no more than 16 threads per processor. I think that was written in '98. Have things changed? Is there a math behind thread qty? Also, looking for information on any tweaking I can do to my threads. Is there a way to control their mem usaage and, as my app usually runs the CPU at about 100%, is there a way to control that? As I understand it, thread priority is only relative to the other threads in the app. Anyway, any good article would be nice. Thanks ttripp
