I did it

SOCKADDR_IN name;
SOCKADDR_IN speer;

getsockname( s, ( SOCKADDR *) &name, &namelen ) gives proper resulsts ( it
doeas mena local address and port  )
but
getpeername( s ( SOCKADDR * ) & speer, &namelen ) gives SOCKET_ERROR
and WSAGetLastError  gives 10057
