Dynamic Data Exchange component.  Actually, there are 4: DdeClientConv,
DdeClientItem, DdeServerConv, DdeServerItem.

I wasn't sure and this is applicable to both so I cross posted.  It could be
that OLE is better suited to what I want.  My previous experience was with
Dde though.

I did but doesn't appear to be applicable.  This discuss moving components
on a form.  I want to have it so that you can drop a file onto my form and
have the form be able to receive the file and process it.  Similar to what
happens when you drag a file onto the program editor.  In the case of
Builder, it will open the file if you drag a .cpp file onto it.
