Hi all  :-)

When I right click with my mouse on a file and choose
'Properties' a small panel is display which include all kind of 
parameters that I can change as 'Title', 'Subject', 'Comments' 
and so on, How can I access this parameters from my code and
change them during runtime? I found several codes that try to
explain that but they all looks a little complicated....

What I need is only this function - 

SetFileCommentProperty( "C:\MyFolder\MyFile.dat" );

that will change the 'Comments' parameter of the file to - 

"This is my comment!"

Can you please show me complete code for this function that I 
can Copy-Paste and see the result right away?

I'm using Builder 4.0 (kind of old...)
