It requires an HINSTANCE instead of a filename, though. You can use LoadLibraryEx() with the LOAD_LIBRARY_AS_DATAFILE and/or LOAD_LIBRARY_AS_IMAGE_RESOURCE flag to load the .exe file into memory without actually executing it, and then pass the returned HMODULE to LoadImage().
