I've noticed one new moment in this issue...

When the "VCL support" is disabled but when "Multithreaded"
stays enabled (checked), the DLL code harms Google Earth,
which crashes.

The difference in DLL created with or without Multithreaded
support is in cc3260.dll vs. cc3260mt.dll to be included in DLL
call.

When used cc3260.dll everything seems to work fine.
