Hi Bob, Here's the specs I have... Also, is it possible that my BeginThread() call is the improper function to start my thread? Could it be bypassing some protocol to establish proper multi-threading? The semaphores really aren't being used. They were put there for future use which I never needed. The video is honestly just a grab and splash, "set it and forget it". Should I use CreateThread() instead of BeginThread()? Thanks, Rob ___________________________________________________ Processor Type / Form Factor: Intel Pentium D 935 Multi-Core Technology: Dual-Core 64-bit Computing: Yes Processor Qty: 1 Clock Speed: 3.2 GHz Bus Speed: 800 MHz Compatible Processor Socket: LGA775 Socket Manufacturing Process: 65 nm Thermal Design Power: 130 W Architecture Features: Enhanced SpeedStep technology, streaming SIMD extensions 3, Intel Extended Memory 64 Technology, Execute Disable Bit capability _________________________________________________________________ Bob Gonder wrote: > Robert G.
