Try commenting out the call to Display() and see if that cures the mouse 
lag. If it does, then it is highly likely that there is a sync issue in 
Display() causing the video to hiccup.

If two threads try to access the same data, they will access it, but it will 
cause problems with the threading, causing, in your case, the video to 
hiccup.

Correct again. All TThread does is hide the BeginThread stuff.
